* IF YOU ARE NEW TO YOGA START with a Slow Flow class. You will get a feel for the poses and breathing techniques gradually building strength to practice the Tone & Flow class. Feel free to explore!

These classes are intended to add overall calm to your life while giving options to amp things up when needed. I’ve created a non competitive environment to help you discover more about yourself beyond the poses. Get the full experience in person at The Pavilion where we’ll engage all the senses (including the felt sense (intuition) and human touch). You’ll also learn a variety of breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system.

My classes welcome all levels as the classes are small, and you can expect to be “seen” and properly guided. I’ve got you!

Prenatal Yoga: Wherever you are on your journey, all Trimester are welcome for a special bonding experience for you and your growing life. The Prenatal classes are specifically for expectant yogis. Imagine a candlelit room (NOT HOT) doing your favorite Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative poses, Yoga Nidra (winter). Wear loose comfortable clothes that provide lots of space to move. This is an opportunity to connect with other expectant yogis also looking for feminine energy and support. Community is a vital lifesaver during pregnancy. Join us Mondays @ 5pm for Prenatal Yoga.

* For Postnatal Recovery, a combination of Slow Flow and Slow Power compliment Pelvic Health Physio. I recommend having a pelvic checkup within the first 6 months post partum. The Physio will give us a baseline for abdominal and pelvic strengthening. Take Slow Flow classes and slowly work your way up to Slow Power.

Slow Power: (All Levels) Occasional use of hand weights used for this class. Experience a full body flow that promotes proper posture, balance and control. The legs provide a foundation enhancing power and stability, while individual strengthening of the upper back, core, arms and shoulders adds variety to the classes. This holistic approach fosters a deeper awareness of many muscles we take for granted that help with balance and stability.

Slow Flow/Yin Fusion: (All levels) This class starts with a slow-paced vinyasa flow consisting of standing poses and light balancing. “Vinyasa” is a style of yoga that links breath with movement in a continuous flowing sequence.

Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are done with the muscles relaxed (mostly close to the ground) and held for 2-5 minutes. With muscles relaxed, we are adding “healthy stress” to the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.

Restorative: (All levels) This exclusive class will provide a space where you will learn how to completely relax. It can be challenging to find positions of comfort and ease that facilitate relaxation. Restorative Yoga makes use of various props, blankets and bolsters to fully support the body for optimal stress relief and health. Poses are held for longer periods (5-15 minutes). Class sizes are limited to 7 people to give each student a serene and safe space to release built up tension. Each student receives hands-on attention for every pose including eye pillows and hand pillows - a luxurious treat for the nervous system. Best in the Fall & Winter months for complete darkness.

Yoga Nidra: (All levels) Also termed “Yogic Sleep.” This guided class is a wonderful alternative for people who feel like meditation is challenging. Following a structured 8 step process, Yoga Nidra can help induce healing brainwave states. It can also improve your sleep, which can improve healing as well. This style of yoga helps change how you experience pain, anxiety, or trauma. It helps you to regulate your responses, feel calmer, and change your perspective. Yoga Nidra has been used to help treat Veterans with PTSD. YOGA NIDRA BENEFITS: Improves sleep, helps manage pain, improves memory, improves concentration, decreases anxiety, lowers cortisol levels, deeply healing.

Tone & Flow: (Intermediate level) - Faster pace class that fosters endurance, strength, increased confidence, and challenges the mind/body connection. One posture flows into the next, cued by the breath, and leaves less time for adjustments. It is best to have a decent understanding of the basic yoga syllabus (warrior poses, triangle, half-moon, sun salutations, etc.) to really enjoy this class. All levels welcome, practice mindfully. Occasional use of hand weights or ankle weights.

About Natalia…

I love helping people feel better. Any time I learn anything mind blowing or that has benefited me in some way, I want to share it! I wrote a parenting book, coached/presented and spoke about it, I’m a constant creator and I’ve raised two young adults. I coached their soccer teams because building self esteem in children was very important to me. I used to turn to yoga when I felt stressed. Today yoga is a daily discipline for my mental health, that I get to teach! I love guiding women into discovering more about living their yoga.

About The Pavilion…

Only 15 minutes south of 417 E

At first I pictured a covered Pavilion in the middle of a forest… but it has evolved into something more. Nothing beats doing yoga on a solid platform (to avoid ankle injuries) overlooking the sunset surrounded by the sounds of nature and wildlife. Walking trails are best enjoyed in the Spring, Fall & Winter months.

Outdoor summer classes with spectacular sunset views. If it rains or the temperature is hotter than 26 Degrees, classes move to the indoor studio. Come to disengage from everything and give yourself the gift of yoga in nature.

I used to see yoga as a workout. Now I see it as a “work in”.
